1. An intermediary, not an employer
Sun Stack is a technology platform that publishes job listings and passes applications to employers. We are not the employer for any role listed, we do not conduct interviews or make offers, and no employment relationship exists between you and Sun Stack because you applied through the portal.
2. Information is provided by users
Job descriptions, salaries, company profiles and candidate resumes are supplied by those users. We review employer accounts and posts for basic authenticity, but we cannot verify every claim. Always confirm the role, pay, location and terms directly with the employer before accepting an offer, resigning from a job or relocating.
3. No guarantee of outcome
A listing, recommendation, alert or match is not a promise of a shortlist, interview, offer or joining. Hiring decisions belong to employers and are made at their discretion.
4. Never pay for a job
Sun Stack never asks candidates for a fee to register, apply, interview or be placed. If someone requests payment, a "security deposit" or personal bank details in connection with a job here, do not pay and report it to support@sunstack.in immediately.
5. Third-party content and links
Company websites, maps, logos and third-party services linked from the portal are outside our control and are provided for convenience only. Their availability and accuracy are the responsibility of those providers.
6. Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sun Stack is not liable for losses arising from reliance on user-supplied information, from a decision not to hire, or from dealings between an employer and a candidate. Please also read our Terms & Conditions for the full agreement.
